Great location near downtown Santa Agata, literally 5 min walk to supermarket, pharmacy and ATM. Plenty of parking in same street or nearby. Very clean and super spacious apartment and bathroom. Room had nice air conditioning unit but the walls provided good insulation from heat/cold outside. Large TV and mini refrigerator in the room are great to relax and store leftovers. The bed was very comfortable. The owner is super helpful and responds almost immediately. He provided fresh chocolate-filled croissants every morning and even helped us with luggage. This was our second time here and we already look forward to the next.

The location was great. Note that Google Maps had a hard time locating it; you have to duck down an alley to find the right building number. The electronic entry was initially intimidating, but Massimo met us at the apartment and was very responsive to any questions we had.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to Modena and Bologna yet in the countryside so it is quiet. Guido is the perfect host. He makes an excellent cappuccino. The breakfast options were plentiful. Guido gave us an informative tour of his family’s traditional balsamic vinegar ACETAIA. I recommend this B and B to anyone looking for a place to stay outside of the cities yet still close enough for day trips to Ravenna, Modena, Bologna and Parma.
Enrico and Karen are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We had good chats over diner. This is definitely not a traditional b&b you will find on booking com.
I very much enjoyed it but it absolutely depends on your personal interests and expectations.
