Location is very close to train station, two stops to reach Venice. Free parking with stay and eur10 parking per night after we checked out. Breakfast had good pastries but only very few left when we came down around 9AM. Had a very quiet and nice sleep. Great staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Best of all is breakfast prepared by Emilia and her mom, which is a real work of art. A rating of 10 is definitely not enough to express how we enjoyed our stay in this place. The host was great, the room was warm (it was late November), cozy and nicely furnished, breakfast was better than the standard Italian style, and there was daily room cleanup like in a proper hotel. Location is nice and quiet, but at the same time close to public transport, stores etc. Loved the bathroom chandelier :)
