Very clean, comfortable & quiet. Our room, (the pink room) was perfect. The bathroom was large and the shower & water pressure was great The air conditioner worked great. It was a nice surprise that they had some croissants , toast & jelly & a coffee machine! The hosts pay attention to detail. Everything was perfect.

The B&B is surrounded by a large garden, where breakfast is served during summer. The bus stop to Bergamo is a 5-minute walk away, and the ferry departures are also nearby.

We had a wonderful day there; both Manuela and Leila did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room and the modern bathroom had Charme what you would not expect from the outside. We had the possibility to make ourselves tea or espresso and relax on the separate terrace close to the kitchen area. Yes the stairs are steep but manageable. The garage was really good to have for the car. The restaurant and the bar beneath served food and drinks. The breakfast at the bar was possible already early in the morning (we felt like Italians:-)). The lake was close and we had one of the most wonderful views from our room. The windows when closed shut out most of the noise.; we slept pretty well. The bar below was no problem.

She gave us some advices on places to visit around and offered us a bottle on Italian red wine on our arrival ! 😍 We loved the serenity and the calm of the place. We highly recommend it. About all the studio on top floor. Easy parking near the house. Old style decoration that offers a very authentic atmosphere.
