We loved the place and Vera made it very special. You felt very welcomed and she made it feel like home. Can highly recommend it. Ofcourse it is a little 10min walk to the city centre but that didn’t bother us at all. Good with some exercise during the holiday:-)

The hotel is worth 5 stars! Everything was perfect! It is located in a quiet area, 12 min by foot from the city centre. The parking is big and safe, in a closed garden. The garden is big and very well maintained.
The room was big, really big. With a real king size bed, a balcony, decorated with a good taste. It was very clean. The hotel has a nice internal yard with a jacuzzi. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and biscuits are available 24h as well as fresh water. The air conditioning was very good: we could live and sleep well while it was extremely hot outside. The breakfast is homemade and delicious! And finally the staff was amazing: two ladies preparing the breakfast and cleaning the rooms were really nice and attentive and the owner Enrico was present when needed, provided helpful advice and got us in touch with local business we were looking for.
We travel a lot, but it was our the best hotel experience. We highly recommend the place! We will come back again, definitely!

Giuseppe was a great host, he was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The location of the B&B is perfect, a quiet area, overlooking the lake. The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. B'fast was served on the terrace so we could enjoy the view.

The villa is so beautiful, especially the portico.
Unfortunately it was raining those days so we couldn't enjoy the outside as much as we wanted, but you can tell there's a wonderful relaxing atmosphere there.
Great to take a break and truly relax, as there's no TV in the room (which I honestly like) and the village is small and cozy. But also extremely close to so many amenities.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very spacious room, very clean, friendly staff that does not intrusive at all. Bed was good, big, airco in the room functioned well. Breakfast was good, maybe missing some fresh fruits but overall enough choice! Location was nice, quiet, not far from the lake and central to visit villages around the lake. Value for money!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. There was a garden either side of the apartment, one with electric blinds around the terrace for screening. That was an unexpected bonus!
The apartment was in an excellent area, quiet surroundings, 7 minutes walk to a large supermarket and only 4 minutes walk into the charming town centre, full of high quality restaurants and bars. A very elegant small town. Friday morning Iseo has a large market (of stylish clothing, shoes and food.) Not to be missed!
Great location by the lake and for exploring the town. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet. As other reviews have commented, there is a need for some updates and decoration in the rooms - fresh paint, bedside lighting - however the atmosphere of the hotel is lovely and the breakfast fantastic. They were happy to store the bikes we rented from Bike Iseo.
