Beautiful apartments. The hostess is very friendly. The room is incredibly clean and cozy. The lady has thought of absolutely everything: there are plenty of clean towels, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Water, tea, and coffee are in the hall, and breakfast is included at a nearby café, which perfectly completes the wonderful stay. The location is very convenient for those who want to enjoy Italy and visit the main attractions of Rome. As a recommendation, visit Rome in the morning and return to Frascati in the evening to avoid transportation issues. The town has beautiful views and delicious cuisine. Gianpaolo was a wonderful host and communicated with us the entire time we were there, on our way, and departing. He called a taxi for us twice - once to pick up us at the train station and the other to drop us off - he made everything SO EASY....and he smiled the whole time. Truly a great experience. Our rooms were spotless and centrally located and within walking distance of good restaurants. The bonus was that the restaurant that Gianpaolo owns (GENTE DI NOTTE) is right downstairs and it was FABULOUS. He offers a 10% discount to all of his hotel guests and EVERYTHING that we had (we ate there two nights) was better than the next, with the star being the stuffed zucchini blossoms with ricotta and truffles that were literally LIFE CHANGING. We are still talking about them! Gianpaolo was beyond friendly, accommodating and helpful and went above and BEYOND his role as host. If you are headed to Frascati, I highly, highly recommend staying with and dining with Gianpaolo. You won't regret it!

Loved everything about this property. Dealing with Flavia and also her brother was very easy, they were both very kind, friendly and accomodating. Flavias brother gave us many tips on where to eat and what to do around the area. Messaged Flavia prior to push back our stay as we got food poisoning, she happily let us delay our stay and checked in with us to see how we were feeling prior to our arrival! Frascati was an amazing place to stay out of Rome and the train is a 3minute walk from the apartment. We had the best pizza and pasta at the restaurant 20m down the road and also delicious gelato in the main square. When i come back to the area i will stay here again no doubt.
