The hosts - outstanding, an example to all other B&B owners, they genuinely care about their guests and will do anything it takes to make your stay more comfortable or help sort travel problems for you.
Location - close, but not to close, to Dublin Airport.
B&B - separate external access for all rooms, but internal access to dining room. Large room with plenty of space for two large suitcases. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Rural location.
Breakfast - quality and quantity!

Nothing. Because I didn’t get to stay there because it was double booked and I am still waiting on my refund plus additional expenses

Far exceeded all expectations, punches far above its weight class. Delia appears to be somewhat of a national treasure and makes consistently phenomenal breakfasts every day. All employees in every area were pleasant, professional, and competent.
Room was small but modern, comfortable, and complete. High quality soap and shampoo, etc.
I would definitely recommend this place. Found it by “accident” on booking.com.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made checking in and out so easy! Very handy if going to a gig in Malahide Castle. Bus stop right across the street so easy access into the city centre. Clean and spacious room, lovely and quiet
We had a very comfortable one night stay at Jimmy and Mary’s excellent B and B. They are so friendly - Jimmy offered us whisky nightcaps on arrival (it was after dinner!).
The room was large and nicely decorated and very comfortable. We slept very well. We didn’t have time to enjoy the outside seating but it would be lovely on a summer day.
The breakfast was outstanding including fresh fruit, lots f delicious cooked options, pastries and more.
Spotlessly clean, great location for the airport, comfy beds and real spacious room. Excellent lighting and plenty of plugs, tea and coffee in the rooms, no noise, really quiet. Would definitely stay again. Staff were really friendly.
Only 20 minutes from the airport so a great location without having to pay city centre prices, Swords is a vibrant busy town in its own right so plenty to keep you occupied if you don’t want to travel in to Dublin but with great public transport links as well. Staff were very friendly and the room was immaculately presented.
It was room only though the host provided a private fridge and cupboard in the kitchen, with full use of kitchen facilities..the host was kind enough to provide food essentials and goodies in our fridge.
The hosts were wonderful welcoming people and nothing was too much bother for them. They were a wealth of information regarding surrounding areas to visit and places to eat.
It was total luxury for the 4 days we were there and the rooms were so big and luxury carpet throughout..best accommodation I have ever been in..
Mary and Jimmy made us feel so welcome during our stay, they were so kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was huge, very clean and of a very high standard. The shower was a power shower which was a nice treat. The location is great, it is close to swords, the airport and the city but far enough away that you are not in the city. The house is on a quiet road. The is private, secure parking which was free. The breakfast was amazing, it was very tasty and we were asked if we wanted more. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
