I stayed in Villa Martina 2nd time, this is the clean and cosy apartments with a stunning view from the balcony, around 5 min walk to the beach.
Not so far away from Opatija centre.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Excellent location for those who travel with their dog. Stepping out from the Villa, you can hit the promenade, walk hours by the sea, stop by nice dog beaches, great bars, coffees and restaurants with a sea view or terrace allowing dogs. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, dog friendly. The Villa is always very clean and apartments are well separated so all guests have their own private space. The Owner is often around with a helpful and kind attitude, also adores dogs.
Mrs. Nada is a great host. We loved the apartment and the location, very suitable for visiting the nearby beaches and dine out in Opatija. We travel with our dog and we felt very welcome. There are several dog beaches nearby. We'll surely be back.
Nice house in a quiet place from which you may discover Istria (all important spots are accessible by car in max 2 hours).
