This place is a real nirvana of relaxation. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts Manolis and Sophia & staff made our stay complete. The location is also great to explore other (secret) parts of Karpathos. We had and AMAZING time!

Yvonne and Phillip are exceptional hosts. They are very welcoming and immediately make you feel their house like yours. Immensely helpful with directions, proposals and suggestions on where to go, what to eat and what to see in Karpathos. All their suggestions were 100% valid and made our stay awesome.
A fully equipped common kitchen with everything you might need in your stay there. The room and common spaces were really clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The location is very good. Very close to Menetes, making it easy to reach both west and east side beaches.
Also Yvonne makes awesome cakes which she kindly shares with her guests!

The great view onto the olympos and the ocean with also stunning sunset view, and all by walking distance , the bathroom was very big a super clean and nice designed , the owner was super nice and helpful with lots of good recommendations , felt like being part of family.

The location is a few steps from the beautiful beach. Quiet place, no noise. The apartment is large, clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. The host is very kind.
The apartment has everything you need. We stayed 8 nights, twice the host cleaned the apartment completely, changed bed linen and towels.
Beautiful yard, carefully maintained, you can see that a lot of love and effort has been invested.

Tina and Manolis (owners) were exceptionally helpful hosts and provided advice, Tina also arranged a doctor for one of us. The accommodation was outstanding with its own private pool and jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. There was a barbecue, so we made use of that too. I cannot describe the view from the property, which is stunning. If you come to Karpathos and want a nice quiet stay near a fabulous beach, this is the place to choose.
A large clean studio with an equipped kitchen and wonderful sea view from the balcony. Great location, a minute walk to the sea. Mr. Nikolas is a very friendly and caring host. The housekeeper is also a friendly lady. All conditions for a full-fledged relaxing holiday! I have great impressions of staying in this place and the desire to come back here again. 🙂
Location was perfect! You can't get any closer to the beautiful beach. The room was cleaned every day and it was modern and stylishly decorated. We especially liked the patio where we spent time in the mornings and evenings. The private pool was a plus, but you don't necessarily need it because the hotel has a shared pool and the beach is so close.

Everything. It's impossible not to start with the owners: Bruce and Craig are impeccable. They truly make the experience unforgettable - incredible people with friendly, yet exquisite tastes. The layout of the property, the thoughtful touches throughout the villa, delicious and creative daily breakfast shared with great fellow guests, the view, the laid back luxury feel, the pool, hanging out with their dog Lucky and cats Magellan and Zorba, and everything else in between.
