Ok, so read this carefully. It has its positives and negatives. This place is nice. You get what you should get for this money, do not expect Hilton. But the place and accommodation is clean and furnished as a regular holiday accommodation at seaside in Greece. Dalia is super nice woman who takes care about this place and she will help you with anything you ask (we asked her if she can help us to rent bikes and car). We liked the house, garden, our room and Dalia (because she is an angel). She really does what she can.

Agios Nikolaos is a gem with a lovely restaurant just along the road which steps down the hill to a idyllic little cove. Pension Elena is very good value and an ideal base to explore the area. The bonus for me was the car park and having a fridge. Host also very responsive when I asked for something to repel the mosquitos.

Both hosts were very nice and open people, who cared about our comfort. They also helped us a lot.
Accomodation was very good. We had everything we needed in one room - kitchen, bed, bathroom.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The room was large and quiet. The airco performed perfect. Convenient bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull staff. It is easy to park your car behind the Hotel in a private parking space. The bed were comfortable. The hotel does not serve breakfast but there is a good cafe just beside the hotel.
Spacious house surrounded by olive trees. Great location if you like.more quiet area yet still very close to the beach. Dogs allowed which was much appreciated.
