The Packhorse Inn, hotel in Worlington

This is a gorgeous place to stay, full of character and charm and lots of little details , that shows care and attention has been taken. The food is great - I had a delicious meal and breakfast. But the staff are incredible! I had ordered a couple of parcels for work and thought I had put the right address down for delivery to the Packhorse. Yep, I messed up and the delivery went to somewhere else! Chris actually went and retrieved the parcels himself for me!! Outstanding customer service - a massive thankyou to him and Gabby for helping me out 👏👏👏

It was clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening after a very long journey which had been quite stressful and after a phone call to say we would be late arriving and I was in need of a glass of wine, there was wine waiting in the fridge for me. Very welcome indeed!!

The Bull Inn, hotel in Worlington

Rich in original character and historic charm, this 500-year-old boutique-style coaching inn offering a cosy pub with real ales, wines and an open log fire is situated on the edge of the Thetford...

The staff were very friendly and the meals were good. However, the supplies for breakfast on the self service, quickly ran out and as there was only one lady working, each day, we had to wait for refills. The young lady was running around taking order, serving, seeing to everyone and felt that this was why somethings got neglected. We did enjoy 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the hotel.

The room was spectacular. It is a very spacious but cosy room. The bed was comfortable and huge! We loved the dogs running around (outside) so we could give them cuddles. They are so friendly. The only downside I would say was that we didn't get to use the pool. But it was raining so we just had a bath instead. We would definitely come back in nicer weather to use the pool. Super quiet and peaceful just sitting on the decking right outside the door. Carolyn was really accommodating and approachable.

Worlington Hall is a charming building in a lovely location. The room was very characterful and the 4 poster bed really comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Oh, and the breakfast was probably the best full English I've ever had ...and that's saying something.

Excellent accommodation, super clean and modern. All that you could want is provided by such attentive hosts with excellent communication. The setting is simply beautiful with stunning views and the hot tub is an added bonus.
