The staff were wonderful. Antonio, Laura and Ed were exceptional. The room, restaurant and bar were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The food was fantastic and a nice variety. Always hot and great flavour! The grounds, and outside seating, add to the beauty and it was very nice to be able to walk outside, from our room, to enjoy a drink and read our books. At night, the grounds were lit up and so pretty. Felt very much at home and will return when next in Worcester

This place was so wonderful we wished we were staying longer than just one night. As a hotel worker myself, I can say that this place was absolutely wonderful, dare I even say, perfect. The rooms were very clean, new bathrooms so they were nice, the hallways leading to the rooms were clean and tidy too. The staff downstairs were kind and the manager (Keeley or Kylee? Name has escaped me) was so kind and welcoming, it was clear she's excellent at her job. We had lunch in the restaurant too, the portions were huge! But it was all very delicious! It was a pleasure to stay here, 10/10 definitely recommend and will come back if I'm ever in this area again.

Great location, walking distance to shops and bars but in quiet, gated, residential area. Next to the train line, but honestly didn't hear the trains. House is on three floors with the sitting room on the middle floor, so up and down stairs a lot. Weather was too bad to use the garden but it looked lovely for sitting out in better weather. Three toilets and two good showers are very handy when staying in a group. Comfortable house, perfect for a group of friends.

Great location near city centre and with lots of places to eat and drink close by.Lovely bathroom huge TV in room quality throughout! Think the rooms are ideal for younger couples who like this type of accommodation. For us oldies a regular hotel room is more suitable!

Central location as we were singing in the Cathedral for the weekend. near eating places and shops. Though in the city centre we found the apartment quiet. It was spotlessly clean There was plenty of space which was much appreciated. The host was really helpful as we had problems with the key code (nobody's fault) a computer/i phone glitch which was quickly resolved. parking nearby was free but places were limited, however public car parks were not too far away. Coming by rail would be convenient too.

The main building is a wonderful old house in a charming location by the river Severn. Beautifully furnished and decorated, with a lovely conservatory dining room sympathetic to the period of the building. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Great location by a riverside walk for very easy and pleasant access to the city centre (via steps), and lovely gardens for enjoying a drink or dinner while watching the swans in their river sanctuary.

The Albert Road Flat is located in a great location for accessing Worcester. It’s in a very quiet area but only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. There is a really handy shop about 5 minutes away on the main road. The flat everything you need and had private parking and it was great to park the car on arrival and not use it again until departure. Communication at all points was excellent and we liked the snacks!
