We wanted to stay in a Suffolk village while exploring the county and The Bull Inn at Woolpit fit the bill especially with its proximity to main roads. We were due to arrive early, and every effort was made to assist us. Communication was excellent 👌. This was a rare find, a real home from home feel. For the cost, I defy anyone to find a comparable stay. Our room was a king with a private ensuite & was absolutely everything one would need for a short term stay. Very clean, warm & comfortable. I am very fussy with regard to complimentary toiletries & was chuffed to find vegan friendly, high quality body wash. We absolutely loved the breakfast room. 1stly the decor which was a tribute to vintage Suffolk. The continental offering far surpassed all expectations and bettered that offered at a number of 4* plus properties we stay in on a regular basis. Cereals, an assortment of different breads/ pastries, a plethora of homemade conserves, together with cheeses , fresh fruit & juice. If we visit Suffolk again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
