We received a very warm welcome. The Guest House was well presented, clean and very comfortable. Wonderfully quirky little B and B. A very comfortable room with enough bedroom space. Loved the claw bath, this was in the bedroom, I loved this but some may not. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This little place was the perfect walking distance to Bowness for restaurants and Windermere for shopping.

Such a warm welcome with tea and lemon cake, amazing breakfasts, directions, etc. We did every single thing that Anita suggested from tours to businesses to restaurants and loved every one! Denis and Anita went over and above to make our stay wonderful, even a packed breakfast for us to take for our very early train departure. You won't regret staying here.
