Church Farm Barns have a 5-star Self Catering rating. Rooms are in 2 houses, with gardens, free parking and superb countryside views.

The Church Farm houses are 1 mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon.

We were greeted by Minty who showed us around. We'd originally booked 2 twin rooms for 3 people and Minty offered us a third room for free, which was great! We hadn't been expecting use of a lounge and a kitchen, so were very pleasantly surprised. We didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that, but the rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms good.

Peaceful location and quaint charm. Stunning cottage, comfortable bed and wood burner a great feature. Christine was very helpful and the welcome pack was most appreciated. We visited the church for the Sunday service and everyone was most welcoming. The pub just up the road was just as welcoming, friendly staff and very large beer garden for the sun. Easy access by train or canal walk to Stratford and surrounding villages. Cannot recommend a stay here enough.

The house was in a great location and in a picturesque location. We went primarily for the canal on our bikes. We were very disappointed as it was a very tricky and overgrown ride. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It had sky t.v, a good selection of films, c.d's and books. The kitchen was fully stocked; we wanted for nothing.

The Cider House was beautiful, we loved everything about it except as mentioned above. Ideal location for Stratford or Warwick, quiet little village. A great place for exploring or just getting away from it all. A lovely welcome basket upon arrival too, thank you Christine.
