At the bed and breakfast, each unit is equipped with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. Units are fitted with a coffee machine, while some rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle.

I really enjoyed my short stay; I arrived late and Jean graciously stayed up to welcome me in and show me where everything was. The room was small but perfect for the single traveller, very clean with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space with a good bathroom and shower. There was a really well stocked coffee and tea tray. Breakfast was in a little converted ‘shed’ type building which has everything you need, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink etc very well stocked with teas, coffees, bread, jams, fruit, just excellent. The grounds are stunning and Jean an excellent host. You will enjoy staying here. I’m going back in September.

The property is situated 11 km from Southampton Guildhall, 12 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal and 12 km from The Mayflower Theatre. The inn features family rooms.

The staff more than helpful, showing me not only the room but also how to get in and out, out of hours. To say the room was clean would be an under statement. The whole place was clean and very well looked after, I will be more than happy to stay there again when I am next in the area. It would have been rude not to have a pint at the bar, again outstanding

Paul and Jane are an amazing couple and were so accommodating. We needed a well earned break and this exceeded our expectations. Cosy, quiet, quaint and calming. Along with the tea, coffee and hot chocolate was a big jar of amazing cookies, perfect when cosying up in front of the fire. The breakfast was amazing. It's worth the stay just for the breakfast! We've never had such a full English! Thank you both, we will definitely be back.
