A Grade II listed cottage built in the 15th century, Park Cottage offers superior, award-winning bed and breakfast and free parking in the heart of the historic town of Warwick.

Warwick’s quaint town centre can be reached after a 5-minute walk and Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace, is 20 minutes' drive from Park Cottage. Birmingham International Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) are a 30-minute drive away.

The room was absolutely charming, right down to the naming of the rooms and the teddies on the beds! Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to Warwick Castle! And to top it off, Janet and her hubby (sorry, I can't remember his name) really know how to look after their guests. I highly recommend Park Cottage to anyone needing to stay anywhere in or around Warwick, UK. Such history! PS: After being out on my first day, I arrived back to find the teddy on my bed was missing, only to find him sitting in the shower with my shower cap on! Delightful <3

Am a frequent traveler to the Midlands and always love to go to the Rose and Crown. Also this time; consistent friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast and a very good location! Special shout-out to the R&C staff - they are great!!

They treated me exceptionally well. I went as part of a birthday present that was gifted to me and they gave me a free upgrade to a better room, with views of St Mary’s Church. The food was incredibly good. The room was really spacious and nicely furnished, very clean, all in all whoever designed the interiors has really good taste. I had to drop my bags before the check in and they took them straight to my room, something that not even in most 5 star hotels I’ve been fortunate enough to stay they would do, they also allowed me to leave my bags for a couple of hours after checkout free of charge, something rare from my experience with UK hotels. I can honestly say, and there’s barely 2-3 hotels I’d say this about this in my whole life, I can’t wait to be back!
