The extra touches that Sharon had included to make our stay more special - inc large soft fluffy towels with a king sized bed with
memory foamed comfortable mattress
The welcome hamper was exceptional with fresh bread/crumpets and Welsh cakes - milk/water and orange drink in
the fridge along with cheese/
pate/antipasti and yoghurts & cereals replenished each day
There was a pub within easy walking distance which served an excellent tasty Fish pie
Along with a Chinese restaurant and chippy
Would recommend staying here and will definitely stay again when we are next in the area

John and his team had the warmest welcome and most helpful tips on the best local places to visit.
Delicious home cooked food which I ate in the busy bar with the locals who clearly, and rightly, love this place as it was buzzing! Glasbury is a fantastic location for exploring the Black Mountains and Hay on Wye whilst being an interesting place in its own right so the Harp Inn provides the perfect place to base yourself. Plenty of room to safely park with freedom of access to your room to come and go as you please. Great value for money so would definitely recommend and if I am up that way again would book in.

Very nice property in a scenic quiet location with friendly hospitality.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Janet and David were exceptional hosts . They made me feel really welcome and very comfort . Great breakfast , lovely private room and everything you needed provided for . Great location would definitely recommend
Lovely warm welcome from Sharon. All facilities were superb and the bed was very comfortable. There was a super bathroom with shower and also a well equipped kitchenette stocked up with everything we could possibly need for a great breakfast. The studio flat was spotlessly clean throughout, tastefully decorated and looked out on to a patio garden. Quiet and private and just what we needed for a break en route to our holiday in Anglesey. Many thanks for your warm hospitality so greatly appreciated.
Janet and David are charming hosts. They cared about our comfort and provided useful explanations. Breakfast was very tasty. The room provides everything you need. The location is very quiet and has nice views.
Fantastic host who is full of charming conversations. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are big and comfortable with large en-suite bathroom. Also bonus having Netflix in the room. Great central location in brecon beacons national park, your around an hour from most sights. Talgarth Town is really sweet and quiet
Overall Fantastic experience and I plan to make it regularly around twice a year
Excellent wifi; Ian and the staff were very welcoming and helped me with getting around the area - much more personal service than a big expensive luxury hotel and more quiet and cozy.
Great location in walking distance to Talgarth but a little out of town so as to be very quiet.
Lovely garden with great views, we were able to sit in the garden in the afternoon and in the evening.
Friendly welcoming host.
Great breakfast with lots of choice.
Llaethdy Milkhouse is in a great location. It is a charming, spacious and well decorated property, and is equipped with everything one would need to enjoy a short break. Communications with the incredibly welcoming and accommodating owners were very pleasant.
We stayed in family room, entrance was from outside, very private and quiet . Bed was comfortable , tea and coffee provided in a room. The manager Ian was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was continental , lots of choices . I would recommend this place.
Great location in heart of the village yet very quiet - the little garden area was a great oasis. Every detail in the house seemed to have been carefully considered, making the stay very memorable. Martyn and Jo were excellent and friendly hosts.
A beautiful part of the country at the foot of the fine northern slopes of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.
