The room was beautifully designed and comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate and ever so beautiful. The conservatory was airy and modern and the breakfast set me up for the day. Sara was a delight to meet and graciously helped me out with a ride when the local taxi company was unhelpful.

The family-run manor house offers a drawing room and dining room for guests. Situated in the Victorian wing, the bedrooms feature views of the grounds and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathrooms benefit from a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Really nice B&B. Large, warm room with comfy bed was most welcome in the cold, rainy weather. The property itself has character, including a large lounge room that guests can use. The host, Nancy, immediately made me feel at home and offered a home-made snack (ask her for some of her flapjacks - they are amazing!). Breakfast was great and uses locally-sourced ingredients. I appreciated having the opportunity to chat with one of the other guests over breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Orchard House B & B was a great pleasure. My room was extremely well set up and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the location (at the back of the house) was quiet. I slept well and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Orchard House is highly recommended.

It was a large house on a modern housing estate that looked as if the individual rooms were all rented out. It was the cheapest accommodation on my trip. However it was more like a private home than a hotel. At the time I was very pleased. However I have since stayed in a nice hotel at twice the price, which puts it into perspective.

Great location for visiting friends, very friendly and helpful staff. I was a bit concerned as it was a ‘pub’ but it’s a high class eating ‘pub’ 👍 and the accommodation block is separate to the pub, excellent breakfast and choices.

Third visit as love the ambience. Rooms are in separate annex a little way away giving tranquillity. Well stocked snug a real bonus so you can choose a little sitting room rather than the bar if you want. Large car park with EV chargers eases anxiety for those of us reliant on volts. Short menu but food excellent and organic. Large fairy lit lawn, rustic restaurant or homely pub to choose from - quiet, charming village with great walking and archaeology on doorstep. What's not to like?? Will tour the farm next time!

Excellent breakfast with a great selection and very helpful service. The spa was a great addition to our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. Easy to manage the room temperature too. Great location for us to visit The Cotswolds and Avebury during our stay. We would definitely stay again, it's a shame it's closing.

The rooms are in a separate area to the rear of the pub so very quiet. The locals in the pub were good characters and the atmosphere was excellent during the few few drinks I had after a long day. I think the owner was Mark who was a great host and former PDC darts player. I wish him and his partner all the best for the future. The room was excellent, very clean too. Great location near the train station.
