The Brambles B&B, hotel in Swaffham Bulbeck

Situated in an acre of grounds, The Brambles B&B features a large garden and scenic countryside views. Historic Cambridge city centre can be reached in a 15-minute drive.

The location was good very near water beach which is where I wanted to be at a wedding I did not have the breakfast although it was included as I did not stay in the room due to the awful damp smell I slept in my car till it was day light and then headed back to London. I was alone and felt very vulnerable as I had no where else to go

Exceeded my expectation completely!!! Welcoming, friendly staff, Great value for money. Food was amazing! far better than most restaurants and such a high standard too. Locals were friendly also. The room I stayed in (The Campers Cabin) was stunning, so clean, comfy and exceeded everything. Off-road free ample parking on site.

Exning Residence, hotel in Swaffham Bulbeck

Located in Newmarket and only 23 km from University of Cambridge, Exning Residence provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Fred was very friendly and the room was very clean. I should add that this was not the room I booked as when Fred arrived at the property he advised that there was no heating and no hot water so I would need to be in one of his other properties called Chudleigh. I suppose I should be grateful I was offered a place to stay given his boiler issues at Exning.

Very friendly independent local pub/restaurant with quiet rooms off premises in a converted stables building. Lovely and very hearty breakfast. We should support places like this or they will disappear!

Fantastic! It is such a cute and quaint place to stay. The inn host is amazing, so friendly and really make you feel at home. The food is some of the best I have had in a long time. Thick cut venison steaks done perfectly with homemade desserts. The full English breakfast the next morning is the best full English I have ever had. 100% going back for another stay. The rooms are cozy and clean with little toiletries, who does that anymore!

Great location, perfect for stop overs, hot food served until late which was super! Would definitely recommend. The staff were all lovely and the highlight for us was Jodie/Jody - she was welcoming, friendly and a perfect host. Jodie/Jody helped us to find a taxi and was always happy to help. Thank-you, you made our stay! Love from, Len & KB
