Located in Stornoway and only 1.9 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach, No. Three provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features quiet street views. Callanish Standing Stones is 27 km from the bed and breakfast and Museum Nan Eilean is 1.5 km away.

Olive is such a kind host, she really makes you feel at home away from home. She reached out before we arrived to pre book a dinner location as it would have been hard to do that spontaneously given the busy times, she shared recommendations and provided additional information. She offered a great breakfast to our individual choice, all prepared with love. It was great to chat with her over tea and she would be reachable to help if needed via WhatsApp. Olive also prepared flasks for us and great rolls… we felt very spoiled. The room is nice, light, clean and is done with style and care. We really felt sorry that we had to leave Olive already. The location close enough to the harbor/city center, in short distance to the main roads is also great. The best place we have stayed so far during our trip - felt like meeting an old friend.

At the bed and breakfast, all units are equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with shower in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the bed and breakfast, each unit includes bed linen and towels.

The hosts are lovely people and the breakfasts excellent. Our room was bigger than at most B&Bs, spotless and comfortable. Our window overlooked our hosts' garden and fenced yard. One night we treated ourselves to a picnic on the garden bench and gazed at the flowers and the sky. We stayed two nights on a small-group tour, and it was easy for the van to drop us off and pick us up. If there's time, hike up the hill above Manor House to the war memorial, its column set high so that every area of Stornoway sees a tribute to its own fallen soldiers of WWI and II.

The Sandy Pod is situated in Stornoway. With free private parking, the property is 30 km from Callanish Standing Stones and 4.3 km from Museum Nan Eilean. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house.

Stayed here for 2 nights in April 2024. Absolutely loved it. The pod is very modern and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for self catering. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely view from the pod overlooking the sea. The host left a complementary bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and some lovely biscuits as a welcome gift. The location was great very near to town centre. It was great value for money too. I would totally recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

Location and parking was main priority when booking, it was great. Off road entrance was nice and private. Lock box also very convenient and simple. The flat was decorated really well, the bedrooms were nice and simple and the lounge was very comfortable (lovely couch!) Kitchen was fully kitted out- wasn’t expecting that but really appreciated it. Important info like the heating instructions were left out and simple to follow. Nice view. Quiet area. Really enjoyed staying here.
