Excellent B&B. By far the BEST B&B we have ever stayed at. Location in rual Devon was great. Their building, the lounge, the breakfast room and our room was exceptional. Our hosts were lovely, very helpful and delivered the highest level of service you could expect. Regarding the breakfasts, they were outstanding. They were the meal we most looked forward to each day. Our compliments to the chef! The gardens on the property were lovely with the most outstanding views you could ask for. It was such a delight to stay here. Highly recommend. A well earned 5 STAR rating!

No 22, hotel in South Molton

Set in Barnstaple, 16 km from Lundy Island and 16 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, No 22 offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

The room was very spacious with a sitting room and large bathroom - more like a suite really! The decor was lovely and in excellent condition. The room was clean and tidy. We liked the fact the place was quiet and other residents were respectful of this. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious too. We felt very relaxed during our stay and liked it's location - just a short walk from town and the rail station but on a quiet street. I'll definitely recommend staying here.

Town centre location, with good eating options and food shops very close. Good parking. Comfortable, roomy room, equipped with USB plugs - not a small thing, as I had a couple of things to charge. Nice bar. Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast in nice bright room.

Beautiful Georgian house. Lovely interior. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast in a room with a crackling fire. There was lots of it - well presented and well cooked by John. Lovely, comfortable, quiet bedroom with ultra modern en suite wc, wash-handbasin and shower.

I only needed a one night stay whilst collecting a pup from the area. So basically a clean comfy bed and breakfast . What I got was an immaculate room , tasteful decor throughout the property, lovely comfy bed with quality bedding. No noise from other guests, lovely conversation with John and an excellent breakfast . My wife was due to travel with me but was unable so John very kindly made me a ‘ to go bacon and sausage sandwich’ for my journey home . If in the area again I would happily stay and would highly recommend it.

The host couldn't have been kinder. Although I booked last minute the room was immaculate. Lots of space (including dining room downstairs with own fridge and coffee maker). Carol even went out shopping and bought gluten free items for my stay. Amazing breakfasts - copious fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants , smoked salmon and cream cheese. Perfect. The house is tucked away in the middle of the countryside - wonderfully quiet.
