Good variety of pillows, good toiletries, comfortable bed.
The staff were quite superb, nothing was too much trouble and they struck an appealing balance between courteousness and friendliness. They were helpful regarding local info.

The owner Terri was lovely, very welcoming and happy to provide advice and do extra things, eg offered to dry wet swimsuits. very genuine lady and other staff nice too. The breakfast was delicious and great choices eg fruit, cooked , cereals etc. Terri was also very good with accommodating my gluten and dairy dietary intolerances. Thank you

Exceptional venue, exquisitely furnished in an English Country House style. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful, courteous and friendly host. Comfortable and quiet. Slept well. Highly recommended. We will visit again.
Alan was a great host and cooked a lovely breakfast, it’s a lovely quiet character cottage and was Nicely decorated throughout. Was within walking distance of the high street and the prison. Also the parking is a bonus if you’re travelling with a car. Would highly recommend
A delightful place to stay. Quiet, cosy, comfortable and exceptionally well appointed. Excellent breakfast and most courteous and friendly host. We look forward to our next visit.
Exceptional B and B. Quiet, cosy, comfortable. Very thoughtful amenities. Very friendly hosts, warm fire, delightful decor / furnishings. Plenty of parking with easy access to room. And wonderful farmhouse breakfast. We'd love to stay again.
This is a small privately run hotel. It's got loads of character and a homely touch. Nothing generic here. Lots of attention to detail especially at breakfast. It's not high luxury, and it's not got all mod cons, but it is well located has easy parking and is a decent place to stay.
Lovely little pub in a great location for exploring Wells & Bath, where great food served including a lovely cooked breakfast. Big bathroom, comfy bed & great bedding. Very friendly staff. Wayne, in particular, was a great host.
