The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful (went above and beyond). Lovely old building, the room was lovely, bed and pillows super comfortable and bathroom clean and well facilitated. Great view out the windows and close to shops in Colyton. Breakfast was fab and didn't mind ordering the day before in advance.

Location was fabulous. We didn't have breakfast but we did eat dinner there and it was good.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
This studio is a very interesting and special place. The room is small, but has shelves, drawers and hanging space to accommodate your clothes. If there are two guests, you will have to unpack your suitcases, there is no room for them to be left open. If you are a single guest, you can just get by by living out of your case.
The whole studio is spotlessly clean, the bathroom is amazing, the towels and bed linens are great, the bed is extremely comfy and there is a huge TV!
It is extremely quiet and private.
The property was a great find, had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean, quiet and a great location. The hosts were always on the end of the phone or replied to mails promptly prior to our stay if I had any questions
Nice quiet park, and just a mile from Seaton, no shops near but there was a garage next door with groceries, which was useful until you could get to the shops! In the chalet, the bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, and the decor was charming. We had unexpectedly cold weather, but there were radiators in the bedrooms, and a portable heater for the lounge.
Having a private room was amazing for the price, we didn’t feel rushed around and everyone was very friendly that we met. The noise curfew of the guests was a huge bonus while travelling with my family as my children are very young and needed the quiet to sleep.
Lovely breakfast. Stayed at the same time as a wedding but all went quiet at 11pm and was lovely to see so many happy people. Great location for the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A very comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and well equipped house in a great location (quiet cul de sac and short walk to town/sea front). We enjoyed the welcome hamper and our host was very quick to respond to messages for our booking. Highly recommend this house!
Beautiful decor, working heaters and radiators (which is not always the case unfortunately), hot water (again not always available), great price and attentive host.
The place is quiet, we all had great night sleep.
Great location for trips around East Devon and Dorset.
