Lovely cooked breakfast (pre order cooked items the day before and post the sheet through the letterbox) and with cereals/jams/spreads etc to help yourself. Mighty fine coffee. Right at the heart of the village but very quiet in the room when we went even though there were quite a few people about. great shower. Tea/coffee etc in room replenished along with towels every day if you wish. Handy little fridge in the cupboard. Perfect for just a couple.

Andrew was a great host, fabulous communication and easy check in. Great location for public transport, fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and boat trips to Farne and Holy Islands.
Room was beautifully furnished with a super comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and TV. Linen and towels were beautiful and luxurious. Lovely selection of tea and coffee and having a fridge was fantastic.

Excellent location being so close to the centre and our room number 3 was not facing main road so was nice and quiet. Room had a fridge which was very handy a tv and there was an iron and board to use. Rooms en suite was lovely with good spacious shower. Having private parking space on property which was off street was very useful. I met a member of the staff one morning and he was very polite and asked if we needed anything.
Great location, easy walk to all amenities. Private, with off road parking. Outside space quiet and a real suntrap. Had everything we needed for our stay - we tend to eat out a lot. Comfortable and well kept. We would stay there again.
The property was in a great location. Within easy walking distance to the village but quiet and private. The views are beautiful! The food was great, especially the Northumbrian breakfast! The staff were very friendly and really looked after us and our two dogs.

Great location in Seahouses, just a short walk to the centre. Very friendly owner, comfortable room (with fresh milk in fridge), excellent breakfast. Parking on the street but not a problem as it is on a quiet road.
