The location is perfect for visiting the local beaches and villages. Southwold and Aldeburgh were very quaint.
Our evening meal was superb, it’s a must if you stay here.
The breakfast service was fast, efficient and served with a smile..all in all very nice with a great choice on the menu.
Watching the wild life from our garden view was wonderful..all in all a great stay. Totally recommend it.
Self contained and quiet, comfortable, spacious. (We were in a room designed for maximum accessibility, so low level facilities in shower/wet room). Welcome from host who spotted our arrival. Well off busy road A12. A little private outside area so possible to eat and drink outside.
Bird life attracted by feeders in communal courtyard area and swifts encouraged to nest so lovely to watch that.
Host encouraged feedback.
great location, very quiet. easy access and good information for key collection. This property has no on site staff it’s self serve admission and exit. Bathroom was clean with nice fluffy towels. Heating and hot water instructions were easy to follow. Good information booklet supplied.
Neil and Gill couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was spotless with every facility. The food at dinner was beautifully cooked and well presented, followed by an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Quiet village gave a restful night.
Fantastic Property and great location 👍
This is the 2nd time we have been, the host is very accommodating and attention to detail is amazing the site is fantastic for a young family and for couples that want a quiet break…Our kids love coming here to create great memories 👍👍👍
Location was superb, all the local beaches are within a short 10-15 minute drive. I went to Bruisyard Hall for a wedding and that was a short taxi ride away. The rural situation made it very quiet and relaxing, it was only interrupted by the pleasant sound of chickens and ducks, which was totally charming. Lovely warm and cosy room with all the basic amenities tea, coffee, bread, milk even cake. Made it super easy to relax after our long 6 hour drive.
