Set in Leyburn, in a historic building, 32 km from Lightwater Valley Theme Park, Rock View, Wensleydale is a bed and breakfast with a garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is allergy-free and is located 47 km from Ripley Castle.

What can I say… We arrived at Rock View at the fourth day of our two week trip. Everything here was absolutely perfect. The Bedroom, The Livingroom and especially the bathroom have been exceeding our expectations. The Breakfast was brought to our room at the prediscussed time and was always diverse and you can taste it was made with love. We directly felt at home as it was not only a romantic and beautiful scenery in the village but also in Rock View itself. The living room is equipped with a little fireplace and the bathroom has beautiful candles in it which makes the bath after a long day of hiking even more relaxing and special. What i especially want to point out is how happy and honoured me and my girlfriend have been to have Joanne and Steve as our Housekeepers. From excellent hiking tips, interesting little talks about the village and everything around it, restaurant recommendations over to extra treats for valentines day, nothing was missing. We have been so satisfied that we even booked the last days of our vacation again at Rock View. Thanks for making our trip even more unique and perfect than we could have ever imagined. Lars&Laura Oh and we shouldn‘‘t forget Merlin, the most handsome cat we have ever met :)

Great location on the edge of the village for this modern stone built house. Parking space right outside and plenty of space inside. The property is on a small cul-de-sac so no traffic noise and quiet neighbours.

Great location. Rooms a little tired, but for the price paid amazing value. It was very clean and plenty if tea and coffee available in the room. Continental breakfast plus English breakfast available, or both. Breakfast was amazing. Evening meals were beautiful. All four of us ate a different meal, all were great. Great bar, very relaxed. Coal fire! Great traditional pub. What's not to like. Nice quiet area at the rear to lock cycles up, with a hose pipe to use for washing if required.

Breakfast and food were lovely. Great location in an evocative village. I stayed with my best friend from uni days but this hotel - and location - would serve equally well as a quiet getaway. Great for walks, too.

Travelled solo for a local meeting. (Over 100 miles by motorcycle.) Chose the pub and location due to convenience and reasonable cost. The reviews were decidedly average, but as a solo traveller I was prepared for the worst. It's a quiet pub in a small vilage. The lad on the bar checked me in, no problem. The pub is quaint and old fashioned however the modest sized room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again if in the area.

This is a lovely, cosy property perfect for a couple. It's tucked way behind a pub but it's very private and quiet. There was a wood burning stove which helped to keep the cottage warm. The bed was very comfy and very warm and the cottage was clean, with everything we needed. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. Reeth is a bustling wee village with pubs and shops and a market on Fridays.
