This B&B is an absolute gem.... so thrilled with our choice. It is immaculately presented, and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The owner, Clare was friendly and helpful, good standards and attention to detail are obviously important to her. My room was a twin on the top floor and had a spotless en-suite with a bath. This was a massive bonus for me as I had arrived by motorcycle on a dank day and definitely needed warming up! Little touches were appreciated - good lighting in the bathroom, a corner unit for toiletries, and a box of tissues - such a thoughtful addition. There was also a hospitality tray with tea, coffee etc. The breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order.
There was a small area for parking in front of the B&B where we were able to park two motorcycles along side two smaller cars. Next door is a hotel bar/restaurant where we were able to get an evening meal, although there are other meal options available at other venues in the village so worth looking around. I would definitely return to Belvedere House and most certainly recommend it to others. Thank you Clare for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and welcoming. She even improvised a lovely dinner next to the cosy fire, when we arrived late, wet and exhausted by bike. The old school has been renovated beautifully and with great attention to detail.

Stunning bed and breakfast set in a quiet and beautiful location central to all my business needs. Spotlessly clean throughout, large bedroom with modern bathroom facilities. First class hot breakfast cooked to order. Multiple dining options on offer literally a few steps from the door.
I had a single room at the back which was good because it was very quiet. The blind in the bathroom meant I could get the room dark and the bed was very comfortable so I had 2 very good nights’ sleep. Also unusually for a single room I had a full size bath as well as over bath shower which was fantastic to soak away my aches and pains after some very challenging walks. The breakfasts were top notch and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and it was a great location for our birdwatching trip.

Great location, super close to Bowlees Visitor Centre which was our next stop. Ample parking for our two cars in front and behind. Our room had a large loft bathroom. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room luxurious, but it was nice and cosy. Pub was pretty quiet, no noise issues at all.
