This was an amazing find. Superb hotel with everything we needed. Rooms very spacious and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. The choice and quality at breakfast was excellent. The owners were very welcoming and gave us good local information.

Eastfield Lodge was exactly as described. The cleanliness was superb and the apartment had everything you needed for a self catering stay, every utensil you could need and more! The owners are genuinely lovely people who are extremely helpful and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family visiting the area.

The woman on duty in the late afternoon of our arrival was terrific in welcoming us. The accommodation was terrific with a quiet view, away from the road just watching sheep graze. Our wine and dinner service was prompt and the food was fabulous.....the best venison I have ever eaten....and I come from Maine in the U.S. where there is alot of venison. Just great.....fresh berries in the gravy with venison. Congratulations. Jerry & Lois Kirschenbaum. My only suggestion is that you add a second bannister to the back stairways to aid disabled people....they really need two bannisters.
