This place is magical! The hosts were SO nice, friendly and helpful ! We have rarely met such warm and lovely ppl. The room was cozy and sweet, very comfortable bed and everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great and tasty, and there is so much to see in the area! This is a great place to stay in as a base while touring the beautiful surroundings.

the Byre is a lovely, self-contained apartment - a converted stone outhouse, now with a lovely bedroom, comfortable shower en suite, and compact kitchen / lounge with nice sofa. The setting, by the lovely Falls of Dochart, is outstanding, and the hotel isles excellent. the staff were really helpful and positive, and breakfast very good indeed.
