The location is stunning. As is the property itself which is a beautifully renovated farmhouse, originally called Camlan Uchaf, which is hundreds of years old. The owners have renovated it to a high standard and have kept all the original features. Robin and Jane made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, small and cosy (as to be expected) with the most comfortable four poster bed! Heaven! All facilities were super. Delicious breakfast too. It was also lovely to sit in the old kitchen (now lounge area) and have a beer - a beautiful room. A most enjoyable time! Diolch!

Beautiful little guest house, fabulous decor, loved the art too. Glyn, the host, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommended, as is a meal at the Riverside pub at the bottom of the road (also, it seems, run by the indefatigable Glyn).

The room was stylishly decorated on an operatic theme, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. We liked the quiet dark location and mountain views.

The grounds are beautiful with great history in the property. Our host was friendly, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. The “blue” room was quaint and roomy with a fabulous view of the meadows.
amaizing causy location, quiet and lots of details given about all sort of details that you would need in a property, felt like home, and was a great experience to come back to in the near future
What a fabulous property run by two great hosts! The building and its location were great. Lovely countryside surroundings, very peaceful/quiet and within easy reach of Snowdonia and the north west coast. Martin and Robin made us feel very welcome and offered us use of living room with a lit open fire, honesty bar, dinner if needed and even little extras such as a torch in case we got caught out walking back in the dark. Breakfast was delicious too. We'd stay again without hesitation.
