Great Location in the historical Center of Lincoln, but still very quiet and private. Large rooms. Nice old fashioned themed decor. Different from the more generic modern style hotel rooms, but I found this a refreshing change and the decor worked for me. The Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower.
Lovely place to stay and despite being so close to the city centre it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly as was the owner and allowed us to leave our car a little longer so we could do a bit more sight seeing. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and all lovely. Alot of care has and does go into this place. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the town.
Friendly hosts. Apartment was compact and bijou, with everything you could need in it. It's quiet as it's not right in the city centre, but it's close enough for everything to be within easy reach, and there are various shops nearby for the essentials, as well as various eateries. Parking was free and in a private courtyard.
A large building a little understaffed and a little tired. BUT great location except it’s at the top of a hill ( if you have issues) it is flanked by a public car park. So no parking issues. Very very good value for money. My stay was a large double room with tv and a super comfortable bed. It was also quiet. Large private bathroom. Private lobby. A small front room with tv etc. And a large walk-in wardrobe
great location, very nice clean en-suite room. I stayed for a couple of nights over the weekend. very welcoming staff, the owner Darren was very considerate and was very helpful in efficiently getting through the contactless checkin. in my opinion this guest house is way better than the local chain hotels, has more character and is way cheaper in comparison. situated only about 15 mins walk from the city centre is an ideal location. would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if I’m ever that way again!
