Wonderful big room with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom of our room featured a whirlpool that was very welcome after the hike. Everybody was really nice and everything had a very personal atmosphere. It turned out to be one of the best stays of our tour.

Alasdair is amazing! So kind and easy to talk to. He gave great recommendations and was also great at communicating when our original booking wasn't exactly what we would expect. He was so accommodating and I would definitely stay here again. The house was comfortable and easy.

Featuring a well-fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, each unit also comes with a safety deposit box, a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, wardrobe and a seating area with a sofa. There is a private bathroom with bath in every unit, along with bathrobes, slippers and a hair dryer. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies.

It was an amazing experience. We never knew what it would be like to stay in the old Abbey but the combination of the old (history, beautiful architecture, stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscapes) and the new (neat, modern facilities, access to the pool and sauna) was exceptional. We loved how big our apartment was. Our daughter had her own room and bathroom and we all had a separate living room with majestic high ceilings and a big kitchen. We also got a lovely hamper as a welcome gift, which was very handy when didn’t feel like braving the cold to go out to buy a snack.

I stayed here for one night while hiking the Great Glen Way. The place is a bit outdated, but that's the charm of it. Very friendly and helpful staff, large and well-equiped kitchen. And the Loch Ness view is just stunning! I stayed in a four-bed room, the beds were okay. My roommates were all very quiet, so I had a good night of sleep.
