The staff gave me a very large, comfortable room, which I was told was a free upgrade. They were very friendly and eager to help throughout my stay. The mattress and the sofa were very plush and soft. Consumables in the kitchen and bathrooms are very frequently replaced. There were enough power outlets in the room for most things. The breakfast was simple, but suited me taste. The back garden is large and peaceful. The property had all the amenities needed for me to live like at home beside cooking appliances. I could enter and leave at any time of the day. There are two train stations within very easy walking distance that provide fast and frequent access to central and other parts of east London, and there are several large green spaces a short walk away.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
It’s quiet, private as we are in a current heat wave the AC was fantastic it was so cold I had to turn the temp up very good over all room was spotless great tv also
Dave was a great host, very accommodating. He helped us out with some extra towels when we needed them. The area was quiet, with beautiful houses and close-by bus stops.
Location: I know Ilford quite well, its around 10-13 min walk from Ilford train station. It's at residential area which is very quiet.
Room: It's a single room of typical UK house which means it's extremely small. No kettle, no tv.
Cleanness: The shared toilet is spotlessly clean. But my bed linen and duvet is not the cleanest.
Value: Very good rate and it's easy to go to London City centre.
The location near Elizabeth Line underground, very hlepfull and friendly staff. The apartament was big, clean and quiet.
We are planning to revisit London and will book the accomondation again in Ilford Luxury Apartmens.
Good value for money great location, surprisingly very quiet couldn’t hear traffic despite being in a room on the front of the building. Nice large room too.
We travel 300 mile to stay in this hotel for 2 night when i arrived at hotel i was not aware this is very busy pub and bar and hotel rooms on top i was not feeling comfortable and they have no private car park public car park at cross the busy road and it looks not safe at night at all so i decided not to stay in this place and loose 2 night money. I booked another hotel and stayed there for 2 night. Who ever want peace and quiet place than dont book this place.
