Susan is an absolutely lovely host and we had a wonderful and relaxing one night stay. The views are stunning, even though the ‘climb’ up to Piper’s Cave is not an easy one by motorbike or walking, keep that in mind! We got a lovely welcome afternoon tea outside in the little front garden. The breakfast is amazing, Susan’s fruit salad and eggs with Bacon were the best we had during our time in Scotland so far. The bed was amazing and the views outside gorgeous. Everything was absolutely clean and Corona rules strictly followed. Susan made sure we had everything we need to feel home and welcome. Susan has a little dog called Rose, but she is very mindful of guests who may don’t like dogs (we absolutely loved her!)

Lovely room and welcome. Shared facilities which actually added to the friendly, inclusive atmosphere of the place. Guests are invited to use the kitchen and help themselves to a snack as well as tea if coffee whenever they wish. House / room faces pretty harbour. Was charmed by small fishing town. Excellent cycling up the strath. Remote and stunning! Will happily return one day.
