Thank you Carol, Simon, Lorraine, Sue, Megan, Sam and Smudge for providing the perfect jet-lag cure. It really was a "Goldilocks" experience with everything "just right". Everyone was good humoured and we were well entertained by a team with a great attitude. Beds comfortable, breakfast plentiful and 15 minutes stroll to local pubs and restaurants. Carol and Lorraine were most helpful with their depth of Derbyshire knowledge. We hope to be back for another waltz with the weasel.

There is a warm welcome and cosy feel to the Norfolk Arms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We got complimentary breakfast baskets on Xmas Day and Boxing Day, which was a really lovely touch that we didn't expect. A bonus is having a restaurant on site, and the food was great. For us, there is no better place to stay in Glossop.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. After a long couple of days in the hills, the shower was welcome and it had the overhead option too. The food is so good and service downstairs was wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was also spot on.
