Although I did not book breakfast, there was self-service available within the room. After walking over 30 miles that day, it was a warm, comfortable experience, welcoming and exactly what I needed. No issues whatsoever.

Julia was very friendly and welcoming, room and ensuite were spotless and tastefully furnished. Tea & coffee, tv, Alexa, fridge, hairdryer & toiletries provided. Nothing was too much trouble. Great position overlooking the sea. Definitely plan to return!

I mean location- opposite broad river, accommodation, pub across the river by chain ferry 300 m from the accommodation and our fabulous hosts ( Sarah in particular made us feel like old friends visiting). This was one of our top 2 b&b's during our 46 day UK holiday from Australia. You will be sorry to miss this great experience!

Breakfast was always freshly cooked. Dinner menu was limited but the quality was excellent. The room was lovely and the staff were first class. The swimming pool was also good. The whole place was clean and staff were great. We had a wonderful time
