sorry this is what I did not like: very run down, one lift out of order and got stuck in second lift as it broke down. Room was very run down, only one power socket and the tiniest of tv screens. cups did not match and plastic disposable cups in the room. no heating so had to get more duvets. asked for a quiet room and got room next to lift which went all hours with people walking past room. friends had to ask to move rooms as windows did not fully close & room not cleaned.

    - Great location within good distance to national park/lochs about 20-40min drives. Also 15min to Glasgow city centre - Kids loved swimming and it looked clean - Staff friendly and accommodating - Rooms clean - Room with river view and also good walks by river - Free parking (avoid potholes) Overall good value and we enjoyed our stay Would happily stay again without the dinner option but would be interesting to come back next year to see improvements. Hopefully prices stay the same!
