Myself & my wife have just returned from a peaceful weekend break at Sunset house, absolutely fabulous host & the loveliest hotel. We were made to feel so comfortable by Andrew on arrival, he was so accommodating & nothing was ever too much trouble!
Hotel was immaculate, & also in the perfect location too. Definitely one of the best stays & weekend breaks we’ve had in a long time.
Thank you for everything Andrew, you are the perfect host Absolutely fab!

This small family-owned and run country hotel in North Suffolk was once a rural public house; today, it has been sympathetically renovated and still retains its historic charm and character.

Very clean. Excellent technology. Loved the Dyson hairdryer with all the attachments as I need a diffuser. Copper bath in the bedroom was luxurious.
We loved the wood burner in the sitting area. Very romantic.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
This was a small but perfectly formed space that was so well designed that it felt quite spacious. The decking outside was a lovely space to sit and listen to the birdsong. The location was quiet and I felt very close to nature.
Oak View Lodge is a lovely, modern chalet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice private decking area.
Parking is very convenient, right outside, on a private driveway.
Attentative hosting from Elizabeth and her partner, but not intrusive. Quiet location with easy short distance walking for parks, woodland and village.
A ‘welcome pack’ on arrival was appreciated and very thoughtful.
Would recommend Rumbles Fish Bar in the village!
A very enjoyable stay. Looking forward to going back.
Private property turned into a B&B.
Great location and Spotless. Obviously taakes great pride in it.
One of the best breakfasts, freshly cooked while you watch and wait.
Andrew was very friendly and talkative then left us to eat.
Great location - probably the closest B&B to Snetterton Circuit. Price far cheaper than other local hotels. Big choice for the included breakfast. Run by the friendliest couple you could ever hope to meet. Very busy though so you will likely need to book far in advance.
