Warm welcome by the host, I had the single room which was facing the rear garden, I am a bad sleeper but had the window open all night as it was really quiet. Cooked breakfast was excellent with lovely coffee. Plenty of parking, 25-30 minute walk into town which was a nice walk along the sea front. Would definately stay here again.
