The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. You need a car to get here, but the location, near a quiet marina with lovely walks, is a bonus. A range of traditional options were offered for breakfast and I chose poached eggs and bacon which was nicely cooked. There is a varied evening meal menu and I enjoyed a cooked chicken dinner and steak with friends, which we all agreed was delicious. 💚

We had a lovely stay at the stable annex. The whole experience was perfect and Teresa was a great host. The annex itself had everything we needed and lots of nice touches including books to read, games etc. Nothing was too much for Teresa and she made us a homemade breakfast every morning which was delicious and very well priced. We loved the hot tub and feeding the horses too, the annex is in a great location with nice pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely come back, thank you!

Breakfast was superb. A very big choice with no problems about having a bit of this or a bit of that! Great location, very quiet with limited passing traffic. Ideal for plane spotters wishing to go to Coningsby. Or sit in the garden and watch the Eurofighters coming over. ( normally only during daylight hours) Barry and Corrine are very friendly people and go out of their way to make sure everything is excellent!
