Incredibly large room with true American king-sized bed. Living area and soaking tub in our suite with TV above the soaking tub. We had very early departure for a ferry and our to-go breakfast was at our door when we were ready to leave. Ferry is less than 5 mins from the property. Host was helpful and accommodating to help us with local resources.

This beachfront property offers access to darts, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area.

The accommodation was changed to an apartament with sea view at Quay view. It was the best stay in Stranraer so far. We stayed only one night because I was on call but I higly recommend to stay there a couple of days and just explore the surroundings. The apartament has everything that you need, it is cozy and warm , and has comfy beds.

The nearby ferry terminal offers daily connections to Lorne and Belfast. The coastal towns of Port Patrick and Ballantrae are within 30 minutes' drive of the bed and breakfast, while Dumfries and Ayr can be reached in 90 minutes by car.

The rooms were beautifully laid out - we had the front room with a wonderful window that looked out over the bay. It was perfect walking distance from the shops and restaurants. All the niceties we could have needed were there for us. We left early for the ferry, so did not have breakfast. Our host was so sweet to leave a few things in the fridge for us. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We loved everything about this property. We had the garden suite, which was lovely and quiet, with it’s own entrance. It had lots of space, modern large bathroom (it even had a tv in the bathroom) and a lovely comfy bed.

Pat and Bill are very welcoming hosts. The bedroom was spotless. They had thought of everything. All the modern conveniences of a high class hotel in a charming Bed and Breakfast. Pat made us a taste packed breakfast to take on our early ferry the next morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely views, lovely friendly owners, excellent breakfast, comfortable clean quiet room. The owner also very kindly helped us by calling a local restaurant to get us a reservation, without which we would have struggled. small fridge in room too. We were offered fresh milk as well as the usual miniature pods to use with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location for an overnight stay after returning by ferry from Ireland. The caravan site was very quiet which resulted in a good night's sleep. The keys are kept in a locked coded box, we did not see the hosts on this occasion.

Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could ever want. Spotless bed and breakfast which is lovingly looked after. The hosts were charming and informative . The view was stunning from our room and the breakfast table. There were also some fantastic extras like sherry by the bed for a night cap(no extra charge) scissors to open beverage packets and everything you would need like shoe shine kit ,sewing kit etc etc.The owners are very welcoming and we are looking forward to returning when we can .
