Everything was perfect. The room was small but very cozy, the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, a microwave and a set of dishes and cutlery. Heather is the nicest host I've ever encountered- she gave me a very warm welcome, fresh towel and new dishes every day. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk and two kinds of cereal waiting for me in the room. Heather even made sure I had my phone charger and gave me her number to call/text if I needed anything. The shared bathroom was very nice and clean. The location was very good. A quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-15 min walk away from the train station. I thought the commute to London city centre would be a long one, but it wasn't. Trains are leaving quite often and there aren't any delays. Overall a perfect place for anyone wanting to visit London but not live in the city centre or just looking for something cheaper than a hotel in the city, as it is an amazing value for money. If I'm ever in London I'll definetly come back here.

To have access to a swimming pool at this good value property is an amazing find. There is a patio and chairs around the Pool where we sat in the sun after a swim - didn’t expect that in September! The room and ensuite are spacious, comfortable and filled with interesting items. From a practical point of view, the microwave, fridge, plate and cutlery is worth mentioning. The nearby Goffs Oak pub is worth visiting but you could have its excellent food delivered by UberEats or heat up a ready meal from the Coop. This eclectic house is in a quiet location with a field opposite. The owners and staff are really helpful and welcoming. We wish we had time to stay longer and explore the area.

A nice bright room, fairly basic in decor but clean and comfortable. I could watch the sunset from my room, a bonus! Pleasant staff, although I didn't have the time to drink in the bar, I felt I would have been made welcome. The continental breakfast was extensive in it's variety, with an amusing cook-your-own poached eggs option, which I enjoyed!
