Right on the seafront above a very nice bar, which is being redesigned at the moment. Our room was 2nd floor overlooking the sea. Very spacious and decorated/furnished to a high standard. Room was serviced daily. Easy parking opposite £5/day.

We felt incredibly welcome thanks to Rachel and Andy! They really are the sweetest! Binkie, our Jack Russell, also got enough attention. Super cozy B&B. We had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor with good beds and coffee and tea making facilities. Every morning we were served a fantastic breakfast. We had nice conversations and got a lot of tips for the area. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and Hastings is about 15 minutes by car. Enough restaurants nearby and supermarket also within walking distance. We hope to visit again!

The sunny breakfast room and back garden were relaxing and peaceful and we enjoyed a few drinks from the honesty bar in the sun. The location is great, right across from the quiet end of the beach. It's well served by train and bus, and easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants, and around a 40 min walk to Hastings Old Town or a quick bus trip.
