Very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. The room could have done with a rug on the floor to deaden the noise as all the bedrooms had floorboards. There was little sound insulation from the other guests exiting their rooms in the morning but probably to be expected in an old building. I expect staying in the rooms outside the main building would be quieter. We were travelling on to Heathrow Airport which was an easy 30 minutes away. We'd definitely stay again as the room was great value for money and Old Amersham is charming.

Lovely pub/hotel in a pretty little village. Nice quiet location. The room was very quaint and comfortable which we liked. Pub had a live band on and did a delicious breakfast the next day. It even has a great little shop with fresh produce.
