What struck me most, beside the hands-on attention we received from Helene and Jean were all the value-added details which we had never encountered before - such as detailed tour maps with personal recommendations and explanations, reservations Helene would make for us any where, courtesy cocktail hour each day, phenomenal library on Gascogne to peruse, lush premises with rose garden next to lovely lounging chairs, and on and on.

In a very rural French Village, and very old. The room was great, the bathroom fine, the simple breakfast fantastic in the morning, but what made it best were my hosts, Jeanne and Patricia their three year old little girl. such a nice family. Their garden is beautiful and you have a view of the 300 year-old church in a small village. Amazing. .
