I can easily say that this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The entrance/garden are gorgeous and such a lovely welcoming surprise. Our room far exceeded our expectations. The size, layout, design, decor were all fabulous. The shower was excellent and huge with lovely heated towel rail and beautifully scented products . The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, with the most beautiful, soft cotton bed linen. Every single inch of the room/property has been considered to maximise comfort down to the teddy bears in the child's cot. Breakfast was superb, huge helpings of juice, coffee, hot chocolate with a big basket of pastries, crepes and homemade jams. We were literally passing through so I've no idea of convenience of location to Paris but there was a delicious pizzeria around the corner which suited us perfectly. All in all it was an exceptional stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

First class establishment! The house renovations are absolutely breathtaking. If you seek class and charm, this is a must stay. The rooms are large, best night sleep and the host is very friendly. This was our last stop on our French countryside trip. We even had a wonderful breakfast served with such class and elegance I felt like royalty. Don’t miss the opportunity to cozy up next to the fire and enjoy the ambiance. To be spoiled, this is a must stay!

First of we had the whole house for ourselves. The host were super friendly and welcoming. Communicating with them was easy. The house had a very nice kitchen, stairs, comfortable bed and modern bath. There is free parking very close to the house. They had a baby crib for our daughter and many books and toys, which she absolutely loved to play with. The check in was in person and easy. The hosts live next door which is a plus. We checked in at 7pm and had to eat dinner from a McDonald's minutes away. At night we opened the windows and it was a nice temperature. They even gave us a fan for the room. The 3 of us had a good sleep. The house was cozy and nicely decorated with antique things. The town was quiet and relaxed.

Excellent breakfast, served at a time to suit us. Great advice about places to climb in the forest. Superb host who made us feel very at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent, if you are searching for accomodations in the middle of the nature, far away from the fuss of the city, with a big garden to spend the evenings in. The place itself is very comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The only downside was the fact that the warm water ran out quite fast, so I had a bit of a cold end to my shower. I would have really appreciated a small fridge, but this is not a negative point, more of a personal prefference. The breakfast was more than enough and had a nice variety and as we asked for a lot of coffee, we got a lot of coffee :) Many thanks for that! And last, but not least, our hosts were fantastic. They were kind enough to wait for us, although we arrived shortly past midnight, they were very discreet throughout and very accomodating. As Thomas is a climber himself, they have crashpads&topos that climbers can use and he can help with tips about the climbing areas. Overall, a very pleasant experience that Thomas and Marie-Jo offer. I would for sure return and I do recommend this small & charming place to anybody that likes unique private places.
