Very peaceful setting, lovely hosts who take pride in their property and are so nice to kids! Breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. The hosts speak English and Italian too.

We had a great stay at the Manoir, everything is well taken care of and the hosts are such nice persons. The decoration is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the chickens in the garden :). The Manoir is close to Deauville and, if you come by car, I really recommend staying here.

Segolene was outstanding, the room was clean & cozy, and the sheets are crisp. As soon as we came down to the dining room in the morning for breakfast, before we sat down, Segolene already started to serve the fresh orange juice, yogurts, bread, butter, variety of cheese, and fresh cut fruits ready on the table, the location & facility are very connivence to get around within walking distance to markets & restaurant. Villa Rene was an unexpected surprise. Behind a non-descript gray door was one of the best places we ever stayed. We found the address easily and confidently. Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The bathroom is beautifully renovated and modern. Lovely windows to the street and garden. The location was second to none. 2 blocks from the beach and steps from the walking street. Shops and cafes so close with the best bakery right on the corner. The ATM and grocery were only a couple minutes walk. All of this, but the best part was our hostess Edith! She helped us find free parking , select and make reservations for dinner, and prepared the most gracious breakfast for us. She even served us preserves she had made. Her sense of hospitality, humor and kindness added to our trip. If we were ever back in the area, we certainly would stay here again.

I rarely hand out a 10/10, but in the case of "Le Cardinal" I will make an exception. Host was super friendly, and speaks several languages. Enjoys going the extra mile and has a good knowledge of the Normandy Region. Access and parking was very good, premises was clean and garden well maintained. Room was very cosy and homely, and above all very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and not too soft. Wifi access was complimentary and sufficient in speed and availability (expect no modern day wonders), though 4G coverage via cell phone is excellent in the area. Towels were fresh and provided twice during our stay of 3 nights. Breakfast choices were good and fresh. There's a bakery/patisserie across the street, if you want a sandwich or something sweet on your day out. Also plenty of choices of local farmers produce within a radius of 3km from Le Cardinal.
Danestal (Near Saint-Pierre-Azif)

What a charming staff and delightful stay at this cozy home and B&B! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly both in the pool, relaxing around the pool and strolling in the garden. Estelle has the most beautiful Dahlias I’ve ever seen! We opted to eat right there at the chambre d’hôtes and were served a delicious 4 course French dinner complete with wine and Calvados! Estelle and her friends were the chefs and servers and they set us up right by the pool! It was sublime! We highly recommend this
