Beautiful house in a perfect location. Caroline and her daughter were very welcoming. They were super helpful yet discreet. We had breakfast every morning and Caroline was friendly and chatty but at an appropriate moment left us to eat alone which for us is an excellent attribute as we like to keep ourselves to ourselves. Caroline provided great recommendations on places of interest to visit. The room was large and very comfortable. All in all this is an excellent choice and we thoroughly recommend it.

The property is well equipped with everything you want, everything has been finished to a high standard and Christine and Christophe are lovely hosts who are very welcoming. Le Clos des Rosiers is a charming guest house in the middle of the vineyards surrounding St. Emilion. Maryse, the owner, was delightful, very thoughtful, creative, and caring in how she hosted her guests. The breakfast was served in her quaint dining room, and among other things, including her homemade morning cake and homemade jam. She was very helpful in obtaining for us last-minute reservations for dinner and directing us to vineyards for wine tasting. We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Le Clos des Rosiers to all that are visiting the region.

Jean Francois and Laurent are the kindest hosts. They make sure your stay is most comfortable and provide all the necessary things we need. We were lucky to be here during bloom time of their beautiful scented white wisteria. Surrounding area is so beautiful. Do take a walk among vineyards to St Emilion instead of driving if you have time and don't forget to catch the sunset overlooking vineyard behind the property.
