If you are traveling around Normandy, this is the place to stay. This accommodation is located on a typical French farm compound. The rooms are located in the main housing building. Upon entering, it feels as though entering an old estate house. The room was lovely too. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. There was even a side room attached to the bedroom with a tea table prepared (various teas, cookies and sweets) - such a nice touch. Breakfast is included and what a lovely spread: lots of breads to choose from and jams, an apple tort slice, fresh fruit, a couple juices, hot drinks too. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous room with a timbered ceiling, decorated with displays of horses and WWII memorabilia. This farm has horse stalls with horses that face the courtyard. The farm was utilized during WWII as 101st Airbornes Hqtrs so the pictures on display are fascinating. Parking is available in the courtyard. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy this lovely place. If I make it back to Normandy, I will definatly stay here again. The owner is a lovely woman. Very accommodating. I do not know French and she knows a little English but we were able to communicate just fine. STAY here. You will not be disappointed.

The breakfast was excellent, with local fresh goat cheese, butter, apple juice, yogurts and jams, along with breads other plant based milks and everything else we could have wanted. At night it was very quiet and peaceful and the skylights gave a beautiful view of the night sky. There was plenty of room for parking for our rental. Our host,Eric, was very helpful, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions about the area and his farm. This a working farm and we got to see the goats and sheep, and help feed the new baby goats which we all enjoyed very much. Of course it wasn’t expected that we had to help, but we were very happy for the opportunity. This location was ideal for visiting the Normandy beaches of Utah and Omaha, and within 30-ish minutes of Bayeux.

House and bedroom really clean and beautiful, everything is new. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The property is situated in a good location and right next to a beautiful church. The breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend!
