La Courbe

When we arrived at the place we had the best of welcoming receptions the owners two dogs gave usr a guard of honour, they were so friendly and just love a good cuddle. The owner showed us to our room and took the breakfast time which was served in our room., he was friendly and smily. The room itself was large, clean, and beautifully decorated, the upcycling of some furniture was to our taste. The bath was the crowning glory, fits 2 people and had all sorts of jets and massage features. The grounds were tranquil with a stream at the back and a good few animals, chickens parrots horses and the dogs, the best place for a few days of relaxing.
Sainte-Croix-sur-Orne (Near La Courbe)
The bed and breakfast offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, free toiletries and walk-in shower. Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with pool or garden views. At the bed and breakfast, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

We stayed here at the last minute due to a booking mistake on my part at another manor. David was so accommodating and made our stay absolutely incredible. This is an 18th century manor that's been renovated perfectly- it's completely modern in amenities and accommodations, while keeping all the original charm and history. David was so kind to book dinner reservations for us, and the place he recommended was excellent. The bed and linens were very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was the best I had in Normandy- perfect little crepes with homemade blackberry jam, a baked flan characteristic of the region, brioche toast, Camembert, and lovely seeded bread. And the best coffee! David also has an art collection worthy of a museum, along with many pieces of furniture from the original period. All in all, I can't recommend Le Manoir du Ribardon enough- you will not find any better!!

Everything. The facilities were exquisite, our hosts were wonderful and friendly, the breakfast had plenty of variety and delicious. You could not find a better place to stay in all of Normandy.
